Chris Meyer

Chris Meyer fell in love with electronics when he was 6, and with electronic music when 10. He took modular synthesis lessons as a teenager, got an Electrical Engineering degree so he could afford his “hobby”, and went on to work at companies such as Sequential Circuits where he developed Vector Synthesis, and Roland R&D US where he was chief engineer. Several years ago he launched LearningModular.com to share his experiences with others through articles and online courses, co-wrote the modular synthesis book Patch & Tweak with Kim Bjørn, and creates music under the name Alias Zone
